Exciting News to Share!
I am honoured and incredibly humbled to announce that I have been recognised as one of Australia’s Top 50 Small Business Leaders for 2025.
This recognition is not just a personal milestone, it reflects the growing importance of community-led innovation, mental health support, coaching, clinical psychology, and the homeschooling movement across Australia. To be acknowledged at a national level is a reminder that meaningful change starts with a vision, and is brought to life through community, collaboration and unwavering belief in a better future.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey: the homeschooling community, ScoolenTeens, ScoolenTeers, my clients, and the many families who have trusted me along the way. This achievement is ours together.
Thank you for your support, and I look forward to continuing this mission with even greater passion and purpose in 2025.

“For the period of more than 1 year of our exciting collaboration with Karina she demonstrated truly amazing entrepreneurial skills, strong strategic vision and ability to see a large-scale picture behind the details,
Karina was the teacher at Hornsby TAFE for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2018. I found Karina to be highly professional and motivated in everyway.
Karina became my teacher mid-way through the TAE course at Hornsby TAFE in 2017. Under difficult circumstances she provided excellent training and support to all of us attending the course. She was patient, calm and had sound, practical experience that was evident when delivering advice and feedback to us. Since the course, she had gone above and beyond with her assistance to me and has responded quickly whenever I have had any questions.
‘Karina was my trainer for TAE / Hornsby 2017. She showed a high level of efficiency and organization though she started training our group at the middle of the course. She managed to catch up with all students and provided the needed support for us to pass the course with the best understanding of all units. She also brought a great atmosphere of friendship, humour and trust among the group members.
“Karina is a very warm, supportive, creative and responsible trainer! She helps people with a genuine heart, which really makes a difference when we did the tough TAE course. Karina was always there for us, even when she was on holiday, she never missed a single message from me. I feel happy for people who was/is/will be lucky to have her as a teacher/trainer/mentor, because I feel lucky t be one of them myself! Well Done!”
“We were lucky enough to have Karina as the coach of our team at the Moscow winter school ’07 of the Potanin’s charity foundation. There were several teams from different universities competing for a grant which would provide for their social project involving community service.
